The first time I tried the link I go that too, the second time it worked. Just tried again and it works but just to be safe I'm putting an alternate link.
Also this is tremendously heavy and a definite gem. I would like to hear Anœdipal but can't find a link. Excellent post.

Yup, I will have it soon and I will upload it. Though it seems their publisher tries really hard to take down links.
