New experimental black metal group from New York, just released on Profound Lore. Album was recorded with Colin Marston (Krallice, Gorguts, Indricothere, etc.).
Not much needs to be said about this album/band that hasn't already been said. One of the more original rock bands in the mainstream nowadays, with several solid releases to their name. Songs for the Deaf is easily their best album to date, and definitely one of the best rock albums of the last decade.

In my opinion, this is most likely going to be the best Post-Hardcore album of the year. Reminds me quite a bit of Monolith by Sights & Sounds, yet still retains its own original sound. A very catchy and good album.
